Melinda headed into the kitchen, with Maria following. The kitchen wasn't quite as big as the one Remington owned back in the states, but it was nice nonetheless, with newer stainless steel appliances and a southwestern motif that went throughout the room. Melinda poured two glasses of red wine and together they headed back out onto the balcony. They sipped the wine and watched the ocean, mostly in silence. There was a strange look on Maria's face, but Melinda couldn't quite place it. It almost looked as if she was waiting for something.

“Is everything all right?” Melinda asked. “You look a little perturbed.”

“Yes, everything's fine,” Maria said. “It's just that...”

“It's just that what?”

Before she knew what was happening, Maria leaned in, pressing her lips against Melinda's. Melinda could taste her lipstick, and feel her sweet breath in her mouth. She pulled back, shocked.

“What are you doing?”

“When Mr. Remington hired me, he wanted me to seduce you.”

“Seduce me? But why?”

“Because he wanted to see the two of us together.” Maria leaned back in for another kiss. Melinda had to admit it felt nice, feeling Maria's small, petite body against hers, her firm breasts pressed against her own, plump and full from the recent pregnancy.

“I don't know about this...” Melinda started.

“Shh,” Maria said, moving her delicate fingers down to the buttons on Melinda's blouse. “Just enjoy it. After all, this is partly what Remington is paying me for.”
